District:
Sports physicals for students of all ages can be obtained at the High School on August 2 from 3 to 7 pm. This is offered for students participating in fall sports only (football, softball, volleyball, cross country, boys soccer and boys golf). The cost is $20 and the provider is Peak Performance. Southern Boone County Booster Club will receive a portion of the proceeds. This early date is to accommodate those students needing a physical before practices start on August 6.
Sports physicals will be available on August 7 and 8, from 3 to 7 pm at the high school. Student athletes for any other sport may come in on these dates.
New student registration forms. These forms may be typed and printed. After printing, please bring them to a building office to register and enroll your student(s). Supporting documents will be required (proof of residency, birth certificate, social security number).
Immunizations: State law requires all students to be current on their immunizations before attending school. Required vaccinations are listed on the state website.
