The school district's CSIP Committee met again on Thursday evening to continue working on an updated Continuous School Improvement Plan for the district. The committee has provided a lot of energy, positive discussion and a lot of progress during the two meetings this week. The committee is made up of teachers, staff members, administrators, parents, students and community members. The CSIP serves as a long-range plan for addressing student performance and describes a specific set of actions to be undertaken over the next 3-5 years.

Ms. Engemann's 4th grade class participated in World Reading Day today. They were able to hear a read aloud from the author of Smile, So Big. The students had fun interacting with the author and hearing from her personally.
