The Southern Boone School District is hosting a Job Fair on Wednesday, April 9, 2025, from 2:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. in the Central Office Boardroom. This event offers an opportunity for job anyone to explore teaching positions for the 2025-2026 school year and current non-certified positions within the district.
“We are excited to meet with people who are eager to make a difference in the lives of our students,” said Superintendent Dr. Tim Roth. “Our district is known for its strong community, dedicated staff and commitment to academic excellence. We encourage those looking for a teaching position for the next school year to come meet our team, learn about our vision for student success, and explore how they can contribute to shaping the future of education in our schools.”
The district is currently hiring for a variety of certified teaching positions for the 2025-2026 school year, as well as several non-certified roles, including:
Paraprofessionals
Bus Mechanic
Bus Drivers
Substitute Teachers
Kitchen Staff

This job fair is a great opportunity for prospective employees to gain insight into what makes Southern Boone such a special place to work,” said Dr. Roth. “We are looking for individuals who are passionate about education and eager to make a difference, and we encourage anyone interested to come explore how they can become part of the Southern Boone family.”
Attendees will have the opportunity to visit with school officials, ask questions about job openings, and learn more about the school district.
