#8 of the Top 20 Things To Know Before School Starts IMMUNIZATION REQUIREMENTS: Students are required to receive immunizations, according to the schedule(s) listed below, and documentation of up-to-date immunizations must be submitted to your child’s school nurse PRIOR to attending school on his/her first day. Immunization requirements are determined by the State of Missouri. 2023-2024 Missouri Preschool Immunization Requirements: https://5il.co/1f35g 2023-2024 Missouri School Immunization Requirements: https://5il.co/1f30e - All new/incoming preschool and kindergarten students must be up-to-date. - Students entering 8th grade are required to have updated Tdap (Tetanus) and MCV (Meningococcal) vaccines. - Students entering 12th grade are required to have two doses of the MCV (Meningococcal) vaccine. OUTDOOR STADIUM CONSTRUCTION PROJECT UPDATE - The field turf is currently being installed at the outdoor stadium. - The new video scoreboard has been installed. -The additional bleachers have been installed on the north end of the home bleachers. - The pressbox has been expanded. This project was made possible by the Southern Boone Athletic Booster Club. The outdoor stadium construction project was made possible by voters in the Southern Boone School District approving the $3 million no-tax-increase bond issue during the April 2022 election.
