Congratulations to the Southern Boone Marching Eagles for making the finals on Saturday at the Missouri State Marching Association State Championship. They came in 5th place in Class 3A, with two great performances!
A group of high school students attended the Build My Future event in Jefferson City today. The event focused on different careers in the construction field. Students took part in interactive activities related to welding, concrete, electrical and machinery.
Congratulations to Southern Boone HS Artist of the Week Zoey Davis! Zoey is in Mrs. Shaffer's Art II class and did a fantastic job with her drawing of Hogwarts! Way to go, Zoey!!

Happy Southern Boone Homecoming Week! The sophmores have been busing working on their homecoming parade float. Southern Boone Homecoming Parade is on Friday afternoon starting at 2:15PM.
Southern Boone has created a new SBC Education Club for grades 6-12! This club format is for anyone who is even slightly interested in a career in education. Ms. Sprenger at the middle school will be the new club sponsor! As a part of the club there will be Ed Rising activities available! Through this club you can explore educational opportunities, learn about varying fields in education, and make connections in the educational community.
Join us for a Guest Speaker on Monday, October 9 at 9:45am on SB Campus! You must complete the quick google form to register (no later than 1:00pm on Friday the 6th!) to attend the speaker on Monday and get a pass to and from class to attend!
